My Top 5 Recommended Spa’s in Hampshire.

A Spa break is my absolute favourite way to relieve stress. I’ve always found it extremely difficult to relax my mind, body and soul. As someone who deals with general anxiety, learning how to completely switch off is a struggle. So in light of that, I try to make a conscious effort to regularly take Spa breaks to relax and unwind.

Since I quite regularly go on Spa breaks, I get asked a lot which locations I’d recommend. So here are 5 local to Hampshire where I live.

Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa

Chewton Glen hotel & Spa is paired with one of the most beautiful locations I’ve seen, alongside the hotels & spa’s within the Champney’s Group Hotels. Chewton is my absolute dream for a wedding location with its stunning views & treetop suites/apartments. Chewton Glen is the most dreamy place, with plenty of spa break options & more.

Carey’s Manor Hotel & SenSpa

Carey’s Manor itself is such a beautiful hotel, but even the Spa is something you’ll have to set your eyes upon. The hydrotherapy facilities are an amazing way to relax and unwind, and of course the optional massages, a day in the SenSpa paired with a stay at Carey’s manor is my ultimate suggestion to keep the relaxation, it’s located in Brockenhurst, not far from the New Forest.

Ana Spa – Holiday Inn Group

I’ve visited Ana Spa twice now, one visit with the girlies for my 24th Birthday and a second time for a Mother, Daughter visit with an overnight stay. They have numerous spa day/spa break offers to chose from and their rituals / massages are 50 minutes long, which is perfect for me as I feel a 25 or 30 minute massage isn’t long enough. Both experiences at Ana Spa was wonderful. Their steam room is by far my favourite of all the steam rooms I’ve entered (I love it extremely hot!). They do not have a jacuzzi, but what makes them unique is the adaptive shower they have within the spa which you can select tropical rain, cold rain or Caribbean storm. Paired with a glass sauna where you can see everything going on and a foot bath, making it different from the rest. It’s located in the Holiday Inn hotel just outside of Winchester town Centre.

Eforea Spa – Hilton Hotel Group

Eforea Spa was such a stunning experience! Located at the Hilton Ageas Bowl, stunning view of the golf course from the reception area with plenty of seating. Shelves full of products to chose from and completely open space. I visited with my mother & aunties for a girlies spa day, including afternoon buffet tea time, and massages. Beautiful experience from start to finish, with such a beautiful relaxation room. The location has an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and steam room including a nice relaxation therapy pool + hot stone relaxation beds.

HarSpa – Harbour Hotels Group

I’ve been to HarSpa on a number of occasions, so I’ve experienced it in its full glory. Lots of changes have been made since I first used to visit HarSpa, but they used to offer a range of free herbal teas, with optional sugar, lemon water and more in the relaxation room. They still have cakes, drinks and small snacks by the main desk. They have an exceptional mud bath experience which is fantastic for couples, mother & daughter or even friend spa days.
